We’re proud to offer free shipping!
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales periods.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–10 working days from the date of order and dispatched the day after processing.
Please note that we do not dispatch at weekends. Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it; if you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make
any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1–3 working days for it to be processed. After that, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that due to COVID-19, orders may be delayed to ensure maximum safety.
Below are the estimated delivery times by country:
• Europe: 7–14 working days
• USA: 7–15 working days
• Canada: 7–16 working days
• Central America: 10–25 working days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 working days
• Other countries: 11–30 working days
In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. In this case, delivery may take up to 40 working days. If you experience any unusual delays in the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us
